Reply: According to Technical regulation for fat-and-oil products "1. Conformity certificate and declaration of compliance for fat-and-oil products manufactured before the present Federal regulation came into effect and issued before the present Federal regulation came into effect are considered to be valid till the expiry date of Conformity certificate and declaration of compliance. 2. Fat-and-oil products manufactured before the present Federal regulation came into effect are covered by the requirements valid till this new Federal regulation came into effect."

Reply: In order to sell meat products in the Russian Federation you should have Sanitary-hygienic certificate, Veterinary certificate, Conformity certificate.

Reply: If these aromatic oils are not cosmetic products you should obtain Sanitary-hygienic certificate. If it is cosmetics, Conformity certificate is also required.

Reply: Bed-clothes is subject to Obligatory certification in GOST-R system in accordance with Committee of the Russian Federation for Standardization, Metrology and Certification Enactment no. 64 of 30 July, 2002.

I obtained Conformity certificate according to scheme 3 for the manufacturer (Germany), I’d like to know whether I’m competent, as the manufacturer’s representative in Russia, to attest the copies of the Certificate with my blue stamp, so that the product could be sold in Russia?
Reply: If Russian representative office is not mentioned in the Certificate itself, only German manufacturer has the right to attest the copies of Conformity certificate. Also there are some other alternatives, in particular to attest the copies at notary officer or at the body issued this certificate.

If the necessity of product marking with the mark of conformity (RST) is not indicated in section «additional information», is it required to identify the products with this mark?
Reply: Products should be identified with RST mark.

Is it possible to prolong duration of Conformity certificate with the same number?
Reply: Certificate is valid only during its term. That’s why in order to prolong duration of Conformity certificate it’s necessary to issue a new one, so the number will be changed.
